Since 2005<\/strong> AISFOR has been accredited by the Lazio Region<\/strong> Training Directorate pursuant to DGR 1510\/2002, DGR 968\/2007 and L.R. 23\/1992, Title V, as a provider of higher and continuing education in various professional economic sectors (SEP):<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Since 2008, with a view to greater communication and maximum transparency, AISFOR has drawn up the “Quality Charter<\/strong>“,<\/a> based on the procedures implemented in the quality management system and the methodology used to provide its training services.<\/p>

    The Quality Charter aims to be the company tool to explain and communicate to the client\/beneficiary system the commitments that AISFOR assumes towards them to guarantee the quality and transparency of the services offered, in strategic (quality policy), organizational (preparation and delivery of the offer), operational (specific objectives and standards) and preventive (guarantee devices for customers \/ beneficiaries).<\/p>

    In pursuing its mission, in order to develop quality activities with the aim of satisfying customers and thus consolidating its position on the market, AISFOR assumes the following fundamental commitments: <\/p>

    • behave in a way that is based on transparency, fairness, honesty, respect and rectitude,<\/li>
    • carry out their work with preparation and confidentiality and aimed at continuous improvement,<\/li>
    • ensure that the service provided is targeted and adapted to specific needs,<\/li>
    • ensure an approach oriented towards problem prevention and continuous improvement,<\/li>
    • develop tools and methods for evaluating the results and outcomes of the activity carried out.<\/li><\/ul>

      AISFOR adopts a corporate strategy aimed at quality both to consolidate its position on the market and to promote the fluid internal management of activities and personnel. With this strategy in mind, AISFOR has set itself the following specific objectives:<\/p>

      • Acquire customers in full and total autonomy, in compliance with the rules of the market, nationally and internationally<\/li>
      • Plan a long-term growth, which is constantly consolidated, over the years, in terms of professionalism, prestige and workmanship<\/li>
      • Operate in the full consent and trust of its customers, planning and programming initiatives of interest to them<\/li>
      • Invest according to the favorable trend of growth, in structures and professional resources<\/li>
      • Work with an approach oriented towards standardization, control and improvement of processes, through the responsible involvement of all professionals in the organization, including external ones<\/li>
      • Carry out timely and critical monitoring for the detection, over time, of new problems and also for possible improvements of all the tools and procedures currently in use<\/li>
      • To ensure the deep knowledge and sharing of the company quality policy by all the people who work or collaborate with AISFOR<\/li>
      • In order to make the quality policy known to all AISFOR staff so that it is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of the organization, including external collaborators, it is:<\/li>
      • posted on the bulletin board at the AISFOR headquarters and at all the offices where AISFOR carries out, even partially, its services (in particular at the training centers),<\/li>
      • published on the AISFOR website,<\/li>
      • published in the company brochure, <\/li>
      • periodically discussed, and possibly updated, in meetings aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and efficiencies of the initiatives undertaken by AISFOR in order to achieve its strategy and mission. In addition, the Management annually reviews the quality objectives, i.e. the achievable values of the various parameters, including customer satisfaction, the state of management, the results of the various activities.<\/li><\/ul>

        The improvement objectives are pursued through a process of optimising the methods of communication and transmission of information externally and internally, between the various organisational functions, and focusing on the enhancement and motivation of personnel, whose involvement and active participation are the indispensable prerequisite for the implementation of the principles and methodologies of a quality management system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
