transition, but for citizens, businesses and Public Administrations the path often remains fragmented and complex: dispersed information, continuous regulatory updates, operational doubts on how to start (or how to join) and lack of clarity on roles, steps and tools.<\/p><p>The One-Stop Shops of the DISCOVER project were created to respond to this need: to be a single practical point of reference where you can find guidance and accompaniment on CERs, both for those who want to activate one and for those who want to participate in an existing community. The goal is to transform a technical issue into a comprehensible and &#8220;actionable&#8221; path, with clear answers and useful tools to move from interest to action.
