In the Parma area, this work is also part of the framework of &#8220;Parma Climate Neutral 2030&#8221; and the City Climate Contract, which translate the goal of climate neutrality into concrete actions at the local level.<br>The Energy &amp; Condominiums Desk was created to meet this need: a single access point (with virtual desk and bookable services) that helps transform the idea of redevelopment into operational choices, offering information, advice and training throughout the process: from the first assessment to the choice of interventions, the most suitable financial instruments and dialogue with technicians and companies. It is a model built in collaboration with the territorial energy agency and with players in the redevelopment chain to offer integrated
