Within USmartConsumer project, Aisfor illustrates the Italian communication campaign, an operational tool to increase consumer awareness on energy efficiency issues and the correct use of smart meters.
The developed communication strategy will be implemented with the support of all stakeholders involved (from energy companies to consumer’s associations) and will be based especially on social channels as the main communication instrument.
