Easier Project Meeting in Parma: Key Steps Defined for the 2025 Pilot
During the recent EASIER project meeting held in Parma, partners engaged in in-depth discussions about the next phases of the project, focusing particularly on the upcoming pilot, set to begin in 2025.
One of the main topics was the organization of work to ensure the success of the pilot. Partners agreed to launch a targeted campaign to engage key stakeholders and further explore access to credit mechanisms, a crucial aspect for populating the platform. In addition, a strategy was defined for creating an awareness campaign, which will include platform-specific FAQs to effectively address users' needs.
Another key point discussed at the meeting was the help desk services, which are already active in certain areas. The plan is to expand these services in the coming months, as they will play a crucial role in supporting families and stakeholders throughout the project's course.
Regarding training, which will officially launch in December during the Open Week in Parma, partners provided detailed feedback on the Moodle platform, suggesting changes and improvements to enhance the learning experience. The lessons, which will be uploaded to the platform, are currently being finalized. Simultaneously, the project's official platform will be launched, serving as a central hub for engaging and managing activities during the pilot phase.
The meeting marked a significant step forward in the project's planning, laying the foundation for a 2025 filled with impactful initiatives and concrete objectives.
