INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation EU679/2016 “General Data Protection Regulation”, we wish to inform you that sending your name and e-mail address constitutes express authorization for the processing of data.
The processing will always be carried out with lawful reasons and for lawful purposes. Personal data will be processed both on paper and electronically.
The Data Controller will process personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes. Your personal data may be made accessible to the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller who deal with the organization and management of services and training courses.
The provision of data for the above purposes is optional, but in their absence, we will not be able to perform any activity in which you are involved.
In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights referred to in Article 15 of the European Regulation and precisely the rights to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
- obtain indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the data controller and data processors; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of the processing;
- obtain: a) the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending promotional material
Where applicable, he also has the rights referred to in art. 16-21 of the European Regulation (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
