Between regulations, incentives, estimates and condominium decisions, the real obstacle is figuring out where to start: the Help Desk puts order and accompanies you step by step.

The activity — A single point to accompany the energy redevelopment of the house and condominium
For families, condominium administrators, professionals and companies, the energy redevelopment of buildings is often a complex process: it requires orientation between rules and opportunities, technical and economic evaluations, comparison of offers and sustainable financial choices. In the Parma area, this work is also part of the framework of “Parma Climate Neutral 2030” and the City Climate Contract, which translate the goal of climate neutrality into concrete actions at the local level.
The Energy & Condominiums Desk was created to meet this need: a single access point (with virtual desk and bookable services) that helps transform the idea of redevelopment into operational choices, offering information, advice and training throughout the process: from the first assessment to the choice of interventions, the most suitable financial instruments and dialogue with technicians and companies. It is a model built in collaboration with the territorial energy agency and with players in the redevelopment chain to offer integrated support.
How we work — AISFOR skills to make reskilling easier, guided and accessible
AISFOR was able to contribute to the development of the Desk thanks to its expertise on the energy/construction issue and the ability to transform technical content into clear tools and paths, useful for accompanying people and condominium communities in their decisions.
- A customer journey for retraining has been structured: definition of a step-by-step model that integrates technical, economic and decision-making aspects along all stages of the path.
- Set up the flow of information and the registration path at the counter: definition of how the user accesses the services, what information he receives and in what order, and how the data necessary to correctly manage requests is collected.
- The communication plan for the promotion of the desk has been defined: identification of key messages, priority targets, channels and materials to make the service recognizable and reach citizens, condominium administrators and local stakeholders.
- The distance learning platform was managed and coordinated: design and updating of courses and modules for citizens, administrators, professionals and businesses, with multimedia content, practical materials and interactive tools.
- Monitoring and feedback of the activities has been set up: definition of indicators and collection of feedback to measure the use of services, intercept emerging needs and progressively improve the effectiveness of the desk.
The AISFOR contribution — What remains: a replicable model of SDGs for the redevelopment of condominiums
- Reusable "customer journey" path: a clear accompanying structure, replicable in other territories to guide the redevelopment of residential buildings.
- Catalogue of "ready-to-use" services: information, advice and decision-making tools to move from general demand to operational choice.
- Training platform and updatable content: e-learning modules and practical materials that can be used over time for different targets (citizens, administrators, professionals, businesses).
- Public-private collaboration approach: an integrated model with the supply chain and local actors to make the transition from information to intervention more fluid.
- Monitoring and continuous improvement framework: indicators and feedback to demonstrate usefulness, measure results and make the service more effective over time.

The Energy & Condominiums Desk was developed within the EASIER project (Project 101077354 — LIFE21-CET-HOMERENO-EASIER, 11/2022–11/2025), funded by the European LIFE program, with the aim of enhancing and evolving a public One-Stop Shop on the deep redevelopment of residential buildings (in particular condominiums) through quality integrated services and a public-private model capable of simplifying the path and supporting decisions transparent and aware; for context and overall results, please refer to the EASIER project page.
