Unique information points on the territory for citizens, communities and institutions

For a just transition

Information desks (One-Stop Shop)

The One-Stop Shop (OSS) support citizens in understanding and addressing the challenges of the just and sustainable energy transition, offering clear information, guidance and personalised support in a single point of access. They can be activated in public or private contexts, based on the needs of the territory.

For AISFOR, information desks represent a strategic tool to accompany citizens, communities and institutions on the paths of the just and sustainable energy transition.

For AISFOR, the SDGs are first and foremost tools at the service of citizens and are developed along three strategic areas: combating energy poverty, supporting energy requalification and developing renewable energy communities (RECs), which can be activated individually or in an integrated form.

Through the services offered by the help desks, we focus on people’s real needs, encouraging informed choices and concretely accompanying the paths of change. We believe that qualified and continuous support can generate a real impact: this is why we design SDGs that combine technical skills, relational skills and attention to the social dimension.

How we create information desks

We design and manage One-Stop Shops according to a structured method that can be adapted to different territorial contexts, built on the basis of listening to needs and analyzing the context.

Our approach is divided into integrated phases:

Each desk is built as a flexible tool, capable of adapting to the evolution of needs and the specificities of the territory.

Our approach and added value

With a view to integrating technical, social and environmental issues, the information desks aim to:

AISFOR integrates technical skills, communication skills and active accompaniment methodologies.

We don’t just inform: we build paths that guide, support and accompany people along their path in the energy transition.

AISFOR counters: application examples

AISFOR’s information desks are divided into different operating models, built on the basis of objectives, recipients and territorial contexts. Below are three examples of activated counters that show how the OSS approach can adapt to different needs while always keeping citizens at the center.

Energy & Condominiums Desk

Information desk dedicated to condominiums, activated as part of the European project EASIER to support administrators and citizens in the energy redevelopment of buildings.

It is carried out in collaboration with the Territorial Energy Agency and with private players in the redevelopment chain, to offer complete and integrated support.

Informa Energia Desk

Proximity information desk, physical and itinerant, dedicated to citizens and families to provide guidance on consumption, bills, bonuses and opportunities related to energy.

It is commissioned by the Municipality and is designed as a tool for direct contact with the territory, to make information accessible and immediately usable.

Energy Communities Desk

Information desk activated as part of the European project DISCOVER to accompany citizens in the paths of establishment and development of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs).

It is designed and managed by AISFOR, and offers information, territorial animation and support for the organizational processes of the communities.
