Il messaggio è chiaro: serve uno sportello unico per la riqualificazione energetica degli edifici. Un luogo, fisico o digitale, dove il cittadino trova orientamento tecnico, supporto finanziario e accompagnamento lungo tutto il percorso. Non un call center generico, ma un servizio strutturato, neutrale, affidabile.
